FGC88 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," "User") and FGC88 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features available at fgc88.best and any associated subdomains or applications.

• Money laundering: Using FGC88 accounts to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity for the purpose of disguising the source of funds. FGC88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will cooperate with relevant Philippine authorities upon lawful request.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games, including Pusoy and live dealer games.
• Manipulation of games or systems: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with FGC88 games; attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities or bugs.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Receipt of a legal order from a Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Repeated chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment irregularities
• Detection of multiple account operation

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. FGC88 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder's registered contact details.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@fgc88.best. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. You and FGC88 both submit to the jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.

Notwithstanding the above, FGC88 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm from prohibited activity.
